Dr Bhavika Daya
Dr Daya is a specialist anaesthesiologist with over 17 years of professional experience. She has had a lifelong passion to understand and work with the mind and consciousness. She embraces therapeutic use of psychedelics, breathwork, meditation, yoga and other treatments. She approaches this journey of discovery with kindness, humility, respect and compassion. She is an adventurer, with a love of travelling, the vast ocean, hiking and dancing.

Jabu Msomi
Sushmitha Shrikanth
Sushmitha is an Ashtanga Yoga Teacher from Chennai, India with over a decade of experience. She honed her skills in this ancient art from an early age, and later formalised her training at the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute and has studied directly under Sharath Jois, the foremost authority on Ashtanga from Mysore. She is a 500HR (RYT) and 200HR (AYI) certified teacher. She has recently moved to South Africa to help people, of all backgrounds and abilities, to awaken the profound wisdom within themselves and find joy through Yoga.
